When we we loading our luggage we notice paint missing from the bumper of the car. We go over to their attendent and tell him about it and he said "don't worry we know all about it. So we take the car and never think twice about it because we feel like we are dealing with a straight shooting well know company

So when we return the car they hassle us about the paint missing and I tell the attendent the whole story and he says don't worry about it. So we go on our way and never think twice about it because we think we are dealing with a reputable company right?

So today I get a letter from thristy demamding $411.30 to repaint the bumper that they claim we damaged. What a crock of BS. I have myself and 5 adult witnesses that know the damage was prior to our rental. They are just trying to pip off my insure=ance because the where pissed I did not buy their collision insurance

My advice to you is don't rent from Thrifty, they might be less expensive, but they don't know how to run a company or how to trat their customers.

I wrote them a letter and will let you know how it all turns out.
