This may seem an exercise in futility but the recent purchase of a pair of Carrie Underwood tickets for her performance in Yakima WA was nothing short of a scam. First, the tickets I received were NOT the tickets I purchased. When I called to have this fixed I was told by "Kelly" that she spoke with two managers of Ticketnetwork and they agreed the tickets were not as promised nor were they comparable.

I was then directed to TicketTitans II and was rudely received by their rep. I was told it was industry standard to exchange tickets for an improved seat. Their idea of "improved" was "closer" and that I would be happy and would "thank" them later. Well closer is NOT better when it is also higher up (three rows down from the very highest seats) and at a 90 degree angle to center stage. We watched from extreme stage right from nearly the ceiling of the Sundome.

We paid $152.04 for $65.00 tickets!!!!

Ripped off? I would have paid the same amount for the seats I originally bought and would have been fine with that.

There is no explanation for this I can imagine.
