I called today (5 days after my previous encounter) to verify status and find out when to expect tickets or where to pick up day of event. The representative checked the account and stated once again, credit card was "declined" and I should check with my bank. I called my CC company and they stated they showed the "transaction approved" but the broker, a different name "ProminentTicketService.com", had failed to bill my card despite the initial approval.

I called TicketZoom.com back and to NO avail, go NO WHERE with the representative and was not allowed to speak to a manager, even though they apparently checked and stated there was nothing they could do but stated that the original tickets I ordered, were "no longer available" but I could order different ones (now at a much higher price).

I told them no thank you. I chose this service due to "pricing" but after this experience, I do not think they can deliver the goods or what is promised and it appears that they sell what they do not have and if the broker wishes they will not sell what you think you have purchased and simply list your account as "declined". The second time I received NO notification and now, am out of luck.

I have secured tickets for this event via the official NFL website ticket exchange and have already received definite confirmation and a pickup location to get the tickets in less than 2 hours. My advise is buyer beware of this TicketZoom or ProminentTicketService.com as they are VERY UNRELIABLE in my opinion.
