I bought a 2001 pontiac grand am from the indiviuals 12/7/11 I drove the car to work for two days that's 14 miles to and from the second day 12/9/11 we noticed oil running out of the front of the car hood so we of course went looking for the problem as well as calling Tim about the problem he denied knowing of any problems repeatedly upon purchase and upon the first intial phone call reporting the problem the 3rd day I took the car in to be looked at only to find out that the oil holding tank had been cracked a large crack and it had recently been JB welded to stop it from leaking I called Tim and asked for help in getting it fixed he addmitted to knowing it was there and he also agreed to help pay so I put the car in the shop paid 750.00 to get it fixed this is on top of the 2500.00 I paid Tim and Heather for the car and when I went to pick up the car I called and text him more then once and no reply I would really hate for this to happen to anyone else he makes you feel very comfortable by telling you he is a mechanic at Tinker Air Force base and he also claimed to have been driving the car over 100 miles a day which my mechanic says is impossiable with JB weld holding that big of a crack together... I hope his family enjoyed their Christmas at my family's expense my kids didn't get much because I had to spend my money fixing a car so I would have something to drive...
