I purchased the penny stock millionaire program by Timothy Sykes for $1,997. It was such a scam. The program was a total joke. Tim Sykes promises the world, six million dollars in a few years...and I was dumb enough to believe it. The program came with nothing but a few bad penny stock picks for stocks he owns and would profit from if they went up in value. It was a total scam for him to not just get the first 2k, but to try and profit from me again and again by driving up the value of stocks he owns. The entire program is Timothy Sykes trying to get rich off of me, not showing me how to get rich like him! It was really one of the shadiest things I've ever encountered. Then worst of all, after I had already I paid, I came across this article about . When I read it I couldn't believe what it said! Ugghhh!!! That's when I knew I was definitely a sucker. I tried to get a refund since they have a 100% refund policy but of course it had a bunch of loopholes.

User172065, have you been able to get a refund yet? Ive been trying to get mine. i've had losers with this service. I've already lost more than $3000 with this. QPSA was a loser. Sykes said so on his webinars. INVE was a horibble $1800+ loss. STVI was a loss, but Sykes got out earlier with a small profit. the alert to sell was too late.. LSCG is now a bigger loss. Sykes changed it's status to hold "long term". But now it's costing me another loss of $800. i keep trying to contact wealthinsideralliance, but they delay and said they would get to my refund ASAP, but heard nothing yet. i called them, but they guy told me to call later. I tried to refund one week after it started back in February, but they told me I had to try it out for 90 days, and I did and I lost money. They turned off their live agent, i noticed during 90 days period after the service. They were on a lot of the times during the initial period. this is very painful.

BEWARE: Scammed Scam Complaint ripoff

Wealth Insider Alliance - wealthinsideralliance.com - owner Greg Roy
Timothy Tim Sykes - Penny Stock Millionaire

The brokers that short stocks are very costly which 99% cannot afford, thats even if the stock is available to short which most of the time Isn't..hey he even made a video about it!

They make you try the program for 90 days, then in fine print it states (you must request your refund 14 days after 90 day trial period and provide proof of trades)

Think about this people... Credit card companies only all you to dispute a charge no more than 60 days from the statement date the charge was issued. What a shady business practice, to ensure screwing people out of their refund with their "Iron Clad 100% money back guarantee" Can you really trust that given the complaints from others trying to get a refund, where they had to file a complaint with the BBB.org, also the company has a C rating, and is not even a BBB accredited business. Would you trust these people after the 90 day period to give you your refund, knowing your credit card will not back you up because its over 60 day time frame and its to late to dispute the charge?

Wealth Insider Alliance does the billing a processes for The Penny Stock Millionaire program.

They have had 6 complaints with the BBB, see here:

Better Business Bureau rating - C

Based on BBB files this company has a pattern of complaints. Complaints allege that company continues to charge customers after they have canceled their service. Although the company has issued refunds following most of the complaints, the company has failed to address the underlying reason for the complaints. Our complaint history for this company shows the company gave proper consideration to complaints presented by the Bureau.

Complaint: 08/16/2010: Company's advertisement claimed that a person would get monthly income of $18, 700, $27, 450, $37, 570 or more by using their system. They guaranteed that investors would be satisfied with their product and if within 90 days, if they were not satisfied, all we had to do is take a snapshot or make a copy of a practice portfolio or anything else showing that we at least tried the system for one full month and send it to Barry and he will immediately refund every last penny, no questions asked. I tried the system for two months and I had losses overall. The most profit I had was under $100.00. I prepared a worksheet and mailed it on 8/09/10 to the company at their address: 901 Rio Grande Blvd NW, Suite F146, Albuquerque, NM 87104. It was submitted to the company on 8/12/10 and 8/13/10. Both times the company refused to accept it. On 08/16/10, I telephone the company at 888-554-2019. I talked to a receptionist named Terry. I told her that I wanted to cancel my subscription and she told me that she didn't handle subscription cancellation, but would referred my call to someone who did. I have still not received any call back. It appears that the company might be one that was created to take advantage of people. They made outrageous claims, and then don't provide any means for people to be able to get refunds.

Business response: Customer mailed his statements to us through USPS priority mail. When the post office tried to deliver the mail, no one was at our office to sign for the letter. The letter was picked up from the post office on August 16, 2010. He followed our guarantee and did all the trades correctly for 30 days. Customer's refund was processed on August 18, 2010. Customer was refunded after we received his statements.

Consumer rebuttal: The company gave me a refund thanks to you people and my credit card company. No thanks to them. They sent me an email on 8/17/10 saying that they would be happy to send me a refund as soon as "all terms in the guarantee was met". There was only one problem. They changed the terms that I had to meet. The guarantee that they attached to the email was not the same guarantee that I signed up for. The guarantee that they attached required me to show that I actually traded each of their recommendations for one month and that I had to produce brokers statements showing that I did. The guarantee that I sign up for required only that I paper traded their recommendations. I contacted my credit card company contesting their charge on the grounds that they were not honoring the original guarantee. My credit card company agreed with me and reverse the charge. If it was not for them and the good work perform by the BBB, we would probably still be contesting this issue. I believe the company is unethical, who utilize false advertising to get customers and who is willing to change wording on guarantees to insure that they won't have to refund any money.

Complaint: 11/01/2010: I purchased a program run by a stock Guru from Wealth Alliance with the understanding that I could try it for 90-days to see if it was right for me. I followed all of their suggestions using paper trades. After I calculated all the trades and subtracted the price of the program, the total was a loss. I decided to request a refund and was told that the price of the program was not calculated in the profits. The main reason I purchased the subscription was that it had a good guarantee. I also contacted the support department to see if I could get the alerts sent to my pager and was told that it was all set. When I asked if they could send me a test, I was told no. I have never gotten an alert on my pager. After I contacted the support department and sent many emails requesting a refund, the only suggestion I got was that I would make money over the long haul if I stayed with the program. They never confirmed the subscription cancellation, so I had to change my credit card number. I was told that I was not eligible for a refund at this time. The 90-day guarantee states, if you can show them that you tried the program by sending in a screen shot of your trades; and if you’re not satisfied with your profits, you will get a refund. If I have to use the profits and more of my own money to cover the subscription cost, this is not the program I want to be in.

Business response: Our guarantee states, “You Are Completely Protected By My 100% Money Back Guarantee. 90 Day Guarantee. You get 90 FULL DAYS to decide if you're happy with the money it makes you. If you're not absolutely thrilled with the profits your membership delivers you, simply send me a copy of your broker statements showing that you followed each trade for one full month-gave it a chance to work its magic-and if it's not profitable I'll immediately issue you a full refund.” Consumer sent us his statements and they showed his gains were $212.06. Our guarantee states that they will only receive a refund if they have lost money.

Consumer rebuttal: Your guarantee also says “You get 90 full days to decide if you're happy with the money it makes you. If you're not absolutely thrilled with the profits your membership delivers you”, the key word is profits. If this is not true, and you know you have no intention of giving a refund if a consumer was not satisfied with small profits, why would you put it in your guarantee? The only reason I can think of is you are intentionally misleading consumers, and that would be unethical.
