Took my truck into this shop to diagnose and fix a sputtering problem with my truck. I was told by the master tech that it was bad plug wires, plugs, distributor cap and roter. So I paid for the parts outright, got them installed, and didnt fix the problem. Had to leave it there overnight. So, 2 days later I finally get a phone call, saying it was the O2 sensor and they fixed it and now its running fine. The cost? $292! The original quote was around $180, and they had said they wouldnt charge me for labor on the first service because it didn't fix the problem.

2 days after no contact and they want to charge me full price for everything, even when I didnt authorize the service. This shop is so fkn shady. Ill give them $180, then they can bite me.
