I received approx 50 phone calls from this person, who did not speak English at all well. I kept hanging up and he kept calling back. He was yelling at me telling me that my ssn was under investigation and that I had a lawsuit against me for bank fraud, check fraud and something else. And again, I kept hanging up and he kept calling back. He was using other people to call all 3 of the phone lines at the same time. My coworkers were answering the phone too and he was being completely rude to them too. I called the local pd and they sent an officer over to take a statement from me. The guy called while the officer was here and the officer spoke with this guy for almost 20 minutes. Telling him he needed to stop calling and harassing me and the business. Told him it was a crime. The office kept asking where the guy was from, what company, what town, state , country. The guy wouldn't tell him. Told him his supervisor would fire him if he gave that information. Then, the last few phone calls were completely sexual harassment. He was saying very disgusting things to me. He kept saying his name was Prince Charlie or John OBrien. Yeah Right! I am going to close my bank accounts and sign up for identity theft protection. Which I should have already but didn't think I would need. I don't know if these people can really do anything but I am going to take as many precautions that I can. If you're reading this, I sincerely hope it didn't happen to you. If so, I really feel for you and wish you good luck. We all need to get together and ruin these guys for good.
