I signed up with Todd Bockman's "Millionaire Coaching" program back in 2001. I paid him roughly $3500 for this, having found him through a well-known real estate investing website. I talked to him on the phone, and checked with other clients of his on this web site who seemed to be satisfied. (I now wonder if they were shills). I followed his program, making contacts with homeowners and 'for sale by owner' properties. After a couple of months, I hadn't made a deal, and began to wonder if this program really worked. Then we got into a disagreement, and he accused me of taking 'unscheduled time off' from the program. As far as I was aware, since I was paying him, I was employing him as my personal coach, and did not need to ask his permission to take time off. He then terminated our coaching agreement. In the contract, it said that I was entitled to a full refund if the program did not work for me. So, I asked for my refund. First, he said he would send it to me minus an amount for the time he had put into coaching me. (This was not mentioned in the agreement). When days went by, I asked him where my refund was, and he said he still had not calculated how much it would be. (This must have been an immensely complex calculation). When I kept pressing him, suddenly his cousin died, so he had to go take care of that. A month had now gone by, with no refund. I contacted his other "client" to see if he knew what might be going on. I then received a very nasty email from Mr. Bockman for my having "discredited his business" (although he was doing a pretty good job of that himself). I heard no more from him, even after threatening him with lawyers. Looking back, I shouldn't have done business with someone via a PO Box address in another state. Oh well, experience is a cruel teacher. If you are even thinking of doing business with Todd, run, don't walk, the other way.

I am happy to address any issues a client may have, however, no such client exist.

I have never had a client from Florida (which this poster claims to be from on another site), and have never ever quit on a client. I run an honest business. My website verifies I am for real and have been doing deals and making lots of money. I teach others to do the same and spend an enormous amount of time working with clients until they succeed. I honor the money-back guarantee which specifies clients make the effort and if not satisfied, they do get a refund.

My coaching agreement specifies that a client can take time off if needed, so the statements made to the contrary are false. It's the client's time, if they need a break, they certainly can take it. It's up to them. I never get upset and send someone a "very nasty email".

On occasion a client will discover that the real estate investing business is not for them and give up, as in a previous ripoff report filed. That client made false claims in an effort to get a refund they did not deserve and even filed with the Arizona Attorney General and Better Business Bureau, I submitted absolute proof that every claim they made was false, and the Attorney General and BBB dropped the case completely without even seeking a reply from the complaintant. In fact, at the time the client decided to give up and quit, he was right in the middle of a huge deal on multiple houses that would have netted him high 6-figures (proof of which was submitted to the AZ Attorney General prompting them to drop the complaint as false).

It's disappointing that anyone can just post on RipOff Report without including their name and having their info verified. Someone makes an anonymous post, from Florida where I have never had a client, and it's posted 10 years after the fact? If this was a real incident, and I was truly in error in my actions, then why did it take 10 years for a complaint to be filed? Why was no lawsuit pursued to claim a refund if I was in error? If I had done the things indicated, then it would have been simple to file a formal complaint and get a refund. The fact that no complaint was ever filed, and that it was supposedly 10 years ago (and is just now being posted?), verifies the invalidity of this report.

This is a false report which is unwarranted. When I am wrong, I step up and admit it. I run my business with integrity. I also value my good name and take false reports and attempts to discredit me very seriously and will be investigating the source of this report and pursuing the matter legally.
