Our company had 50+ numbers with them. We brought everything in under one vendor in Oct of 2010. In May of 2011 we discovered we were continuing to be billed for numbers that had been ported away. When this was brought to their attention and $3+ worth of charges disputed we were told they did not know the numbers had been ported because the new carrier had not notified them. BS- the new carrier HAD to notify them of the port because without a release the port cannot happen. Their TOS was followed exactly. They offered 2 months of refund for 7 months of mischarging. Oh...... it took 5 days of emails not being responded to and messages not being responded to to get to that point. So, now it will be small claims court to get a judgement. This must happen often for them. It makes no sense to create bad will over 3k unless they are bleeding due to cancellations and need every penny to keep the lights on. Too bad, because I would have recommended them if there hadn't been a problem with leaving. scam. STAY AWAY.

As the Marketing Manager for Toll Free Forwarding, it’s my privilege to ensure that all of our customers have the best possible user experience from our service. As a company we are aware that customer support and communication is vital to our relationship with our customers. Knowing this, long ago we adopted an internal policy that all customer emails are to be answered within one hour of receiving them. Now I know that this is a lofty goal and it doesn’t happen every time, but 90% of the time it does. I took the liberty of looking up your account and discovered that we did respond to your original email the same day. I also dug a little deeper and found that, yes, the numbers had been ported without our knowledge. Our TOS states that we must receive a transfer request from the new carrier prior to porting any numbers; we do this because it’s the only way we will know to change your account. Although your company did not submit a request and did not inform us until seven months after the porting, in good faith we quickly refunded much of your payment. Your service doesnt work, I paid for this service, your company cant fix the problem, although they keep telling they have... You would think tollfreeforwarding would refund my money cancel my account and be done with it right? Nope they dont do refunds even if they cant provide the service they promise. In Australia this type of company would be illegal, worst company Ive dealt with ever and their so called customer support are untrained and simply stop talking when they cant answer my questions. I couldnt find the SCAM button, so I rated them a 1 the lowest rating possible. sam j (the poster above) is paid by tollfreeforwarding.com - its call reputation management. SCAM avoid like this company like death. UPDATE 27SEP11 - Mitch I sent you an email but you dont reply? I post on a public forum and you reply but you forgot to mention your company said they fixed my problem day in and day out for weeks, you also forgot to mention the fact that your numbers dont ring through half the time. Your company finally gave me a refund after my wife and myself spent 10+ hours on the phone within a span of 2 weeks, but now you gave us the wrong porting numbers? Again in Australia this would be illegal. Stop fucking us around, give us the porting numbers so we never have to deal with your sad excuse for a company ever again.
