Mr. Tom Buscaglia from TEB Equipment and Mrs. Nancy Buscaglia, are involved in fraudulent activities, where they offered our company some goods to purchase, we sent them the money to pay for these goods and mr. Buscaglia never delivered them, now he is refusing to return the money owed, claiming he doesn't have it, we then research more about this guy and we found out that he has done it before to other people from out of the country, he seems very friendly and honest, but him and his wife are in the business to rob honest working people, so if you are reading this and are about to do business with these people, stop and don't put your self at risk.

Would like to know where you are as we are in the same situation. He was a neighbor of our and promised to do work at our house in OCNJ. He started but then kept coming up with excuse after excuse as to why the work wasn't getting done. Our only recourse now may be to file a civil complaint against him.

Maybe we can gather up everyone else who has been scammed by this scumbag and sue him together.

Our issues with Tom have been resolved. He has returned the deposit money to us. Time and circumstance kept him from completing the work but in the end we were able to resolve the situation with him. We will not be pursuing this any further.
