April2009. They 'loved' my invention, my energy and professionalism and my business plan. They already had lots of investors waiting to make returns on fantastic opportunities like this. But not without due diligence, which I had to pay for.As soon asthey took my money the emails and phonecalls dried up. I had to chase, chase, chase. We had a few conference calls and I even spent more money to go up to Buffalo for a day to meet them and present the invention in real life.

They added insult to injury by wastingnearly one year of my life. One pathetic and inplausableexcuse after another. Enough was enough when they said they were having difficulties raising the funds because my product was niche and there was a recession in full force. Huh? But both applied when they said they had investors waiting! My product didn't become niche overnight, and the recession had beenraging for two years beforehand!

I demanded the due dilligence report I had paid for, or a refund. They could not produce a single page and agreed in writing to a refund....butfor only half the fee I had paid. Then they went silent again. Apparently 'Tom' had been taken ill but would address my refund once better. This was in February 2010. Then complete silence since. I appointed lawyers who wrote to them a few times. Silence.

I do not exaggerate when I say they have ruined my life. I have suffered financially, mentally and emotionally from this dreadful experience.

I understand your issue. I know and have dealt with Tom or Mack as I call him. Yes there is a recession on and yes they have issues raising money, but that is what happens in product development. It is a chance you take on getting your product out. The reccession will be here for a long time to come.
The time you took and their time is also valuable. No one works for free.
My advice is take your product to the internet and see if it works. There is money out there you just have to find it.
But never blame someone for ruining your life when they were helping you get your product out and were not able to circumstances that happened with the economy.
