The least professional company I have ever dealt with in any capacity! Sounds like a good start to a review of this company, so I took it from another review. I had a business meeting arranged with 10 people flying in from all over the country. I personally called them and asked the correct questions for setting up the pickups a week in advance. Even had my asst. follow up with them later in the week. When I called them after landing at Logan I was told I had never set anything up with them, when I told them the dates and times we called, I was told I was lying as they keep records of phone numbers. So do we, and I was willing to prove it, but that was not the issue, I had 10 people landing in less than 20 minutes and needed cabs that had been promised to me. The woman kept coming back to us calling the week prior, at this point I did not care, I just needed cabs. When I asked her to move on to this, she hung up on me. I called back, and she hung up again. I was persistent and called back a third time, and then I got unprofessional, as I hung up after telling her we would never use their service again. Seriously the most upprofessional, lying group of people I have ever encountered. On a side note, it was the first time my assistant heard me become angry, not bad in 20 years of work. That should tell you how I tried to treat the situation, until they showed me how unorganized, how far they were willing to lie to try and save face, and then not to even try and correct the situation.
