Tony of midwest steaks steakhouse.inc, drained ebt card right before christmas for rotten steak portland, Maine

I was totally scammed and lost about all my food money because I fell for this scam. Obviously this "Tony" guy has been around as there is a complaint in California also and I am in Maine. he sold me with his song and dance story of losing money and needing to get to his family. I fell for it and bought the steak.... it was a case for $100 (6 boxes)...good enough deal I thought, then he loaded the steak for me into my trunk and away I went. I got home and realized there were only 5 boxes inside and was a little ticked. then i called to check the last transaction on my ebt card (food stamps) and he took almost $300! I called the police but the company and cell #'s were fake, and no witness means his word against mine. they said they would look into the matter. they called me back and said there were complaints of people defrosting their steaks to find it was rotten....(the dates on the ones I got...as far back as 2005 and this is 2011..... I got ripped off on all sides... please be careful if you meet "Tony" selling steak!

Complaint Description:
The steaks were of horrible quality. I have had better steaks at Denny's. These steaks were what you expect from a $1.99 steak and eggs breakfast. Sales man came into my store and pitched me on these steaks. Claiming that they were prime grade cuts. These were not even choice cuts. My dog wouldn't eat the hamburger meat. I paid $100. I called the salesman's number on his card but it was a wrong number.
