Tony Rangel (AKA: Gardner Beaver, gardnerb1, gbgardner11) scammed me on eBay.com. He buys and sells items on eBay.com and conducts business on PayPal.com too, he has his own emailing system setup to produce fake emails from both PayPal and eBay - they are very convincing. The only way to tell that they're fake is to notice slight misspellings. He is a very social and reassuring scammer. When I sold him my eBay item, he emailed me multiple times, saying he needed to confirm me on eBay and PayPal. After that, I received an email from PayPal (it was fake) stating that I must provide a shipping number for my item in order for them to process Tony Rangel's all too prompt transaction. I sent the item and after that, I tried submitting my tracking number to PayPal.com, but that failed. I finally emailed him and asked for him to try and get "PayPal.com" to transfer the funds he'd "sent" me. He agreed, but that was his last email.
I was surprised by how many ID's he's got, and by how much info I got from him including actually talking with him.I got his email (which he could shutdown at any moment), his unofficial name "Tony Rangel", and his fake shipping address as well as some other info. Interestingly enough, my package with the product I sent to him was Insured and had Delivery Confirmation, so somebody obviously picked my package up from the location I mailed it too. (Houston TX)One other note: his eBay ID (now discontinued) stated that he was based out of CA (US), but the package was picked up in TX - very intesting. He must have friends helping him.
