Tony Ray is an old con man who has been ripping off people for the longest. First this guy sold me a burnt down home for way over the value. $48,000 to be exact. I purchased the home in the burnt condition with the intentions of fixing it up and living there with my family. After I had spent over $17,000 putting on a new roof, replacing the windows, pressure washing for it to be painted and more work plus $1,500 that I put for a down payment Tony Ray took my money and then bulldozed the house down. He is a low down, no good, THIEF, who takes people hard earned money. He is nice when you first meet him. Be careful of the paperwork you sign with this guy. He will sell you a house and take it back at the same time-legally. He is a RE broker who gets over on people with less real estate knowledge. He has over 185 evictions. Don't buy or rent any of his properties. He is very dishonest. Don't let his old age fool you. He is a real cut throat guy.
