Beware of a Return Authorization form they want signed and faxed before they will issue an RMA#. I called on 12/15 requesting an RMA# and I was told it would take a week. When I didn't receive it, I called and they said I didn't fill out the form. What form??? They never mentioned it on my initial call. They faxed the formto me andI immediatelyreturned it. It took a phone call and two emails to finally get my return authorization number. As instructed, I mailed the item back to the manufacturerand the USPS tracking shows they received it on 12/23. It is 1/8/11 and still no refund. I have sent three emails asking for the status and keep getting the run-around. The only good thing is this is a $28 item. I would hate to have more on the line than this. Everything seems to be a back order, but they charge your credit card immediately. HMMMM... sounds like they need to float the funds for a while?? Same with the returns. Hold onto the money as long as possible for the float on the funds and wait until the customer is really angry, then refund it?

I don't care if this was the last place on earth I could find a tool I need. I wouldnot purchase anything from them again.

We apologize for any confusion with our return process. We give our customers up to 30 days to return merchandise in good condition and in original packaging. We email our customers an RGA form with instructions on which warehouse to mail the merchandise back. Once the unit is inspected we issue credit minus any restocking fee's associated with that item.

The customer has not left a Toolfetch order number so it would be difficult to investigate where the miscommunication happened.
