Obviously this guy Josh is trying but he didn't try enough to satisfy this customer. I placed my order in mid-June of 2010 after shopping around for a site that was having a sale on CDJ's. From the very start I was to believe that my order would ship (aside from a mixer and coffin-case they did not have in stock yet but expected to receive in the next 2 months). Turns out my order didn't ship until the middle of July a month later and it was shipped to the wrong address after I made it clear that if it was going to be delayed for any longer I needed it shipped to a new address. So after that mess, it finally arrived only the speakers I received didn't work. I had to pay the price for the speakers to be shipped back and in turn was given an upgrade to better speakers that made up for it. So at this point I am still owed a set of speakers, this mixer, and the coffin case. He claims that the mixer should be in within just a couple weeks, so I offer to have him ship the order all together to save him some money. Little did I know I would be fed b.s. for the next FIVE months saying that he's going to get the mixer "next week" "next month" "this monday"... it was all lies (even if he thought they were true at the time). The most frustrating part was the poor communication throughout the whole ordeal. At the end I was calling the place at least 25 times a week. I would call in the morning and he would answer and tell him that he "just got in to the office and it had been crazy and to call him back later." So I would wait, call back in a few hours, then get the answering machine or just be instantly disconnected and I would have to constantly try all day just to get a hold of him, only for him to give me no news at all and to tell me that he'll send me an email by the end of the day. Not ONCE did I ever get that email..... Their phone system SUCKS. Finally after over half a year of waiting he offers me to pay $200 MORE to buy this mixer from a different supplier, or to offer me a refund. Of course I took the refund and instantly bought from a different supplier and got a notice of shipment within 48 hours. Why is he leaving up product on his site that he doesn't have in stock and clearly cannot even obtain himself.
