Top O Line Farms Holly Singleton Haflinger Buyers Beware Redding, California

On Sept 26, 2011 in Ventura County court, a judgement was won against HOLLY SINGLETON and TOP O LINE FARMS that proved FRAUD, BREECH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, and other charges regarding the sale and misrepresentation of a Haflinger horse. The horse was guaranteed to be well trained in several disiciplines and child safe. He was none of these and proved to be extremely dangerous. Holly Singleton does have a written guarantee and return policy. What she does not tell you is that you will never get your money refunded when a horse is returned. This horse was returned and she resold it knowing full well that he bucks riders off with no provocation. The horse was resold to a first time horse owner again guaranteed as child safe and broke. Holly Singleton did not have legal title of the horse or own the registration papers. Please avoid this seller and breeder for Haflinger horses and other breeds at any cost! I am the third person I personally know of that has been victimized by her unscrupulous business practices. Be sure to check with the AHR registry before buying to ask which breeders are in good standing and which they do not recommend.
