top1handgags.com tried to process my credit card through a phone company in Panama internet, Internet

I ordered a handbag from this site, as always, if it's too good to be true... The site offers replica designer handbags, with many "comments from happy customers" to make it sound OK.
I placed my order, 2 days later I received several phone calls from my credit card fraud dept. When I received the messages and responded, I was told that my credit card number was attempted to be used at a phone company in Panama! Of course I agreed that it should be denied. The amount being charged in Panama was exactly the cost of the handbag. With phone calls, and emails, they pretend to be baffled how this occured, still trying to get me to purchase through Paypal.
Fortunately I read the other report, and refuse to deal with this company.
I advise others to keep away from this company, either they don't deliver , or in my case they steal your credit card and attempt to use it elsewhere
