I paid for 50,000,000 email addresses. The site says the payment is
pending. It went through easily thru PayPal. I have emailed and made
several phone calls to find out what is happening and I have not
received an email response or a phone call. I want Tim Mathews to
fulfill his end of this transaction!! I actually did have a very
pleasant conversation with him initially. There was a problem with the
transaction going thru initially. It was resolved and went through
PayPal easily. Tim asked me in our phone conversation to send him my
ad. I did that. The problem is the site says my transaction is PENDING
- but yet the transaction went through. Again no response to my emails
or phone calls.

Tim Mathews of www.topseo.net convinced us to part with $7000 for email addresses. as soon as he received the funds he stopped communicating us. We had explained that our company was suffering due the recession and that these email addresses would help us get new business. He stole from us, and we can’t even afford a legal battle and we have had to close down. This is not right does anyone know where he lives?? We went to his office, but there was no one there. Please help us by providing an address for the Police. He is trying to hide all this bad publicity by creating other posts saying he was scammed by Nigerians.. He's an SEO guy and understands how Search Engines work.

Please help with finding where he lives, so many of us have suffered and had to close our companies!! Help!!
