I hate Total Woman gym. Not only they tricked me into signing in for the membership but then what they promised us (which was $100 gift cards) they never send it to us. And as if their rudeness wasn't bad enough but then they made me feel bad for calling and asking for those gift cards. The idiot manager named Nancy was asking me well what do you wanna do with the gift cards anyways? I mean the nerves of this woman to ask me that! On top of that one of their other idiot trainer kept calling me house trying to sell their stupid trainer services which i denied like million times already and she had the nerves to make fun of me telling me she hardly ever sees me in the gym when i promised i would work out like 2 hours a day! I hate this people. If they were educated enough or knew anything about Customer service they would try to keep their customers not push them away with their low class poor customer service and their rude and careless attitude. Please do not join this gym. It's nothing but a scam! All they want to get you hooked with the membership. they don't care about nothing else and apparently whatever they promise you would get if you sign up with them it's a lie and you will never get it. Go to h*ll Total Gym!
