Touchstone Research will not deliver order, no customer service, generic email replys, no refund internet

This website will take your money, no questions asked. When it comes to fulfilling your order of you DD-214, 'Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty', they will not complete your order. I have sent messages to representatives on the Touchstone website and emails as well. I have asked for the status of my order several times, with no clear answer. I would of been happy for a email confirmation and my forms to be sent digitally, even if they did not mail the hard copies. Nothing. I paid for expedited service and priority mail. I have waited 2 months, and still nothing. There is never a representative on the 'Live Chat' and I have only received generic replys to my email messages. This is a $104 down the drain. This website is designed to get the attention of Veterans, promising a service of delivering military records. This company is obviously designed to take advantage of Veterans and military personnel due to the circumstances we are in sometimes. I understand that I will never get my money back from this scam, and there is no way that my order will ever be fulfilled. I just hope that this will save other Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, and Airmen from being ripped off and able to find another company to provide them this service
