Toyota of Southern MD MD TOYOTA DEALER SELLS BOGUS VEHICLES Lexington Park, Maryland
20th of Jun, 2011 by User385353
Three years ago I bought a 2001 Honda Accord from Toyota of Southern MD. I recently had a body repair done because of a buck running into my front passenger corner panel. The body shop did a fantastic job except now my bumper doesn't match up to the panel. The body shop guy told me it doesn't match up now because the front end of my car was in an accident and the frame is bent. I now have a bumper that is hanging on to a bent frame and doesn't match up to the side of my car. At no time did Toyota of Southern MD divulge to me that this car was in an accident. They obviously rigged the bumper so it would match up on sight. This is infuriating and totally unacceptable. Toyota of Southern MD better make this right and has a lot of explaining to do. A new car from them is totally acceptable.
