toysnjoys Accepted my money gladly but never shipped my order despite my complaints. Internet

I ordered some games for my son's Nintendo DS at the beginning of November 2010 and have still not received my order even though I have enquired several time and complained. I was not even given the courtesy of a response to my last email. It is sad that companies such as this exist and seem to flourish as well. After two months I should have received my order. I was never sent a tracking number, as was promised either.

Hello! I ordered from ToysnJoys back in August of 2011. It's now February 2012. They *will not* ship my order and their communication is very low. I send them an email weekly asking how my order is and when it will be shipped to the email they had stated for a *person* to respond. I've only gotten auto-mated messages from that email repeatedly telling me to send my shipping and order information which I have done. I call the number they have on their website every week as well. I've left messages stating that I will sue them for the scam and take them to court. They have/will not call back. I have only spoken with an actual person there once. Out of all the times I've called, only once. The person that I had spoken to was not friendly; and they had kept making up excuses about my order. I've asked for refund after refund or to just ship my order. Still nothing has been done.
