TracFone You Don't Get What You Buy!!!!!! Miami, Florida

I bought a bundle package from TracFone that said I had â€œDouble Minutes for Life
Freeâ€. This bundle had the phone and a 60 minute card all for $19.99 with free shipping. Sounds good I thought so I ordered. After using the phone for a while I found out it wouldnâ€™t work in some of the areas it had said it would or was very spotty. Still I thought it was okay until I added 60 more minutes and I only got 60 minutes not the 120 minutes I should have gotten?????? So I called service support and was told that my service showed no double minutes. Since TracFone changes its bundle plans around often the one I ordered was no longer listed and there for I couldnâ€™t use it to my defense. So scam they had my money and didnâ€™t give me what I bought. My advice is to document everything, double check everything, and get it in writing, also if you buy from their web site take a screen snap shot of the package that you are buying. All of this my help with any type of dispute you my have but the best thing to do is not buy anything from them because they will rip you off and the only thing they want from you is your money.
