Tracy Prows is the listed "Controller" for accounting purposes for Entrederm Cosmetics in the US (Transdermal Sciences and Transdermal Cosmetics). He lives on a boat anchored at 64 Hendricks Isle in Ft.Worth. His main source of income is from Joe Maseratti at Media One/Major Media. Maseratti uses Prows as a front to sell discounted media which is not owned by either Maseratti or Prows. Prows pretends to be knowledgable in how to place this media on a company's books as a paid asset before any media is purchased by the company or any ads have run. He assists Maseratti and Christopher Pearce of Boca Raton in putting together these scams. He has recently appeared as an officer on Smart Health Xchange as well as Christopher Pearce appearing on this company's list of officers and Board of Directors. Although both Prows and Pearce have long histories with Entrederm Cosmetics neither Entrederm, Anglo Biotran, Transdermal Sciences of Transdermal Cosmetics appear on their company resumes with Smart Health Xchange. Do not do business with any of these people and do not trust Tracy Prows with any financial or accounting issues.

The facts and rebuttal
? I worked as an interim controller/accountant/secretary for the US subsidiary, Transdermal Cosmetics USA, Inc. I was not an officer, owned no part of the business, and produced no financial statements. I resigned when the CEO mismanaged the company and it became insolvent.
? I don’t live in a boat anchored in Fort Worth. I do live aboard a very large Catamaran slipped in Ft. Lauderdale, FL
? I have never been even remotely involved or associated with Media One or Major Media
? I have never worked for Joe Maseratti or received compensation from him nor have I ever sold media to anyone for any company or person.
? I have never produced a financial statement with false assets, I have not performed audits, reviews or any attestation services since 1985. I have not produced any financial statements with prepaid media costs.
? I assisted Smart Health Xchange, a startup company, for 18 months with no compensation helping to get the company operational. This company is no longer operational.
? I do not have a long history with Entrederm Cosmetics (not a company), Anglo Biotran, or Transdermal Sciences. In fact, I have no history nor dealings with any of this companies.
? This posting was made by a disgruntled former employee of Media One who has slandered every person he came to know. The name Sylvia Black on the posting is fictitious and I believe this was really posted by Luis Bonnasko and Adam Urban who were trying to blackmail Transdermal Cosmetics for $300, 000. |
