RAUD REPORTING TO POLICE TODAY

Within 24 hours of purchasing AzonConspiracy Software, delivered in files named Traffic Phoenix I requested a full refund.
Immediately the software crashed my windows system.
I have contacted the support email given by Tim Atkinson when you purchase the software. The support email does not exist and fails permently. I have requested my refund over and over via the SWREG/Digital River support desk. I have tried going via zendesk support link as provided by TIm Atkinson this support link no longer works either.
I am about to call visa fraud department to recall the sum of money I paid to them just over 650 dollars.
SWREG have emailed to say they are dealing with my refund, however they are also advising to wait another 2 days when already they have had 4 days to contact Tim Atkinson who can authoress the refund.

SWREG has scammed thousands of people, including me. You can get your problem resolved by filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau at https://www.bbb.org/file-a-complaint/ . Also, send a complaint to the Attorney General's Office of Minnesota from their website: http://www.ag.state.mn.us/ElectronicForms/ComplaintForm.pdf .
If you file a complaint, they have to act. Also, this will help to keep them in check in the future.
