Transcendent Innovations, Inc. Never Received Free iPad Even Though It Says Shipped... Oak Lawn, Illinois

After much research, I decided to try Transcendenet Innovations' www.youripad4free.com site. I had to get 10 referrals for a free 16GB Black Wifi iPad. I did so in the matter of about two months. Submitted my account for review, took a few days, but came back approved. Then I placed my order for my iPad. Took about a couple weeks, but it FINALLY showed "Shipped" on the Account page and I also got an email saying it shipped and that I should receive it in about 5-7 business days. The Account page shows it shipped on September 4, 2011. Today is September 18, 2011. So far, that's 10 Business days. I just want my iPad. I have emailed SEVERAL times AND opened a support ticket, but no response to anything. So I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint here. Please, Transendent Innovations, I would greatly appreciate it if you just got me my iPad. It was supposed to be for my fiance for our 5 year anniversary which is now well passed. If you can please get me the iPad, I will recommend you to friends and family. Otherwise I will not be able to. Thanks.
