Transysa Send Cash For Less scam Chatsworth, California

I went to the alabama doc website to send my loved one some money and send cash for less was one of the money transfers companys. I paid my money and then was unable to transfer the money to my loved one. I contacted the customer service department. I called several times and emailed them several times and was unable to contact them. When i did contact them they told me that they would call me right back and never did. I received an email back from them with the name masih madini as the sender on 2-3-2011. I spoke with this gentleman i guess on the same day and told him that i just wanted my money back. he told me that i would get a refund back in 2 to 3 days. I never did. after the 2 to 3 days i attempted to call back and didnt get an answer for like a week or two. I emailed them several times also and no response. I spoke with a female on last week. She said that she had just returned from maternity leave and had to find out what i was referring to and she would call me right back. She hasnt called yet. I have attempted to call several times since then and the phone rings once and the answering machine picks up but you cant leave a message. I just want my money back or the money sent to my loved one. I began to think that this was a scam when i tried to contact them and couldnt get in touch with them.
