I was taken in by The Mayan group,I was so ready to get out of my timeshares that I bought into there sales pitch. They go thought Travel Around the World timeshare tranfers,BIG SCAM ! The first cantact was for us to pay $600 per timeshare for processing fees,which was in the contract,But the price quikly jumped to $3000. When I contracted Anna and said I wanted in bills they were getting that I just was giving $3000,I was told in another call I could keep one of mine as they didn't want that one. It now has been 7 months they still havent tranfered it .Hoa's are coming due and I have 15 emails they have never answered and 4 phone calls that run you around..and now I am going to get stuck for 2013 HOA
TATW has done nothing to tranfer my timeshare ,they have cashed my $600 check.These people are low,because your giving them the property plus paying to get *ucked!

It is the same old story with the a Mayan Palace timeshare resorts (owner David Chavez) who does not care about what fraud he perpetrates on timeshare buyers. The same old adage applies, with regard to rental fees applicable, etc. It is fraud and there is right of rescission in Mexico no matter what program you buy, no matter what the horror show salespeople tell you. Heve not met one semi-honest one representing the mayan chain yet. Yes, we got scammed and bought, never again. These are the worst operators in the business. The name of the programs, Mayan Regency, The Dream, Mayan Palace, Grand Mayan, Bliss, Grupo Luxxe change with regard to what they wish to charge. The upshot is if you are down the line in their program name game list you lose benefits. The tiger does not change its stripes. Beware. This is a good article about Mayan Palace:
