On August 27, 2011, I decided to do an offer for Facebook credits, rather than use my credit card because the points you receive from doing a paid offer was greater than just purchasing the credits outright from Facebook. Trialpay handles Facebook's "Earn Credits" site. Trialpay has an offer called BIG FISH GAMES. Purchase a 50% off game through Big Fish and receive 150 facebook credits. I did the offer, was charged $3.49 but never received the facebook credits. I have emailed these people and they keep asking for the same confirmation email/proof of purchase that I have sent them 10 times already. DO NOT USE TRIALPAY. THEY ARE A SCAM. I'VE REPORTED THEM TO FACEBOOK AND I AM CONTACTING MY BANK FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND REPORTING TRIALPAY/BIG FISH AS SCAM AND REVERSING CHARGES. Please do not tell me to contact california attorney general as I do not reside in California - I have been a paralegal for 25 years and do know that much. I just want people to be aware of Trialpay's scams!!! I have contacted their merchant support which basically leads to nothing. This company is a joke and basically does nothing. We should contact all their business associates and tell them the scam that trialpay is doing. This is not a company that you wnat to deal with.

In December of 2011 I completed a Trialpay Netflix offer which was supposed to unlock a free domain name at Godaddy.com. After I completed the singup, I received a promos code and I was supposed to enter that into the cart at time of checkout. Well, I did, and Godaddy's cart said that the code was invalid or expired. I contact Trialpay, they told me the error was on Godaddy's side, contacted Godaddy, they sent me back to trialpay. And back and forth I went for 3 days. Both companies just pointing the finger at the other. Neither companies customer service was any help at all, Trialpays customer service is basically a robot, and Godaddy hires sheeple that swing from trees and fling dung. They had no clue what was going on, at all. I suggest staying far far away from both of these swindlers. There are much better ways of getting a domain name. What a pain.

Follow up: Godaddy, basically said stop contacting us, we don't need your business. Being treated like that after being a customer for 6 years is disheartening to say the least. Trial pay finally responded to me after a week. They gave me another code for Fandango to make up for it. Didn't want to go see a movie, but I'll take it. After this ordeal maybe it will relieve some stress. I might use TrialPay again, just won't expect it to work 100% of the time. They are seemingly honest and did (somewhat) correct their mistake.

Hi,

Thank you for posting your concern over this forum.

Typically partner offers are processed automatically through our system; unfortunately, in some cases we do require additional information to verify a customer’s offer completion attempt, which is what happened with your transaction. It is left to our discretion to credit only full receipts that have all necessary parameters such as order date, order number etc that show the offer was completed per the terms of completion-- our team will usually point out the missing information from your submitted receipt.

I am sincerely sorry for any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused. If you are still interested in your free product, please contact us directly at [email protected] with this forum link so that our team can look into resolving your matter as soon as possible.

Regards,
TrialPay Customer Support
