Tru-Rev Desmond Kameka Merchandise was returned. Refund was never issued. Davie, Florida

I purchased an inline skating back pack ($89.00) and 5x90 frame ($349.00) from Tru-Rev. I could never get my skates to mount correctly. Once I saw and examined the frame, I
determined that it was too long. What should have been a simple return of
unused merchandise entailed innumerable emails and telephone calls. In total frustration, I finally returned the merchandise only to be told by Mr. Kameka that, even though not stated anywhere on their Website, or ever communicated to me, Tru-Rev has a firm
no refund policy. If I had known of this, I would never have done business with
Tru-Rev. In addition, he kept everything. As mentioned, there is stated no refund policy. There is also the case law principal of
merchantability. Desmond Kameka has stolen $438.00 in merchandise from me. If I
did not live 1000 miles away from Destin, Florida, I would have filed a civil petition. Never do business with Tru-Rev.

This is a ficticous complaint.

Probably done by a competitor due to the fact that our products are superb in the inline skating business. You can visit at www.trurev.com.

Trurev, L.L.C received no said merchandise for refund. In fact, that particular product 5-90 is an older product that was manufactured several years ago and we don't recall the sale in that geographic area.

Complaining person is welcome to call 800-397-3388 and give us track number on return as proof.
