Trumedcanada.com 2 months to get Meds to discover 1 tube short and 1 tube with very little medication in it. Internet, Internet

I placed my order in October 2011 and finally received it in Dec. 2011 only after several phone messages and emails all unanswered. When finally receiving my order I found that I was shorted 1 tube and upon opening 1 tube received it was so full of air that there was very little medication in the tube. I can't wait to see what I find in the other 2 tubes that I received. I contacted the company (they actually answered) and explained my issue to be told that they would need to speak with the pharmacist and that they would contact me back within 36 hours. I then asked to speak with a manager to be told she wasn't available and that she would call me back (I won't hold my breath). This is my second order with this company and believe it or not the first order went smooth as silk but not this time. I will never order from this company again and I would advise all to BEWARE!!! Now I am off to call my credit card company in regards to this mess!!!
