Benjamin Mire is the CEO, boss of both Trust Properties and Benjamin Mire Chartered Surveyors Benjamin Mire Chartered Surveyors and Trust Properties are also trading from the same office address on their paperwork.....so they cannot be different companies.they are exactly the same people.working in the same office..using different aliases to mislead tenants into thinking that they are totally separate and independent companies..which is not the case at all. I have done alot of research into Trust Properties on the internet and Benjamin Mire himself.and I am fully aware of the games and scams they play. Every survey should have been conducted by an independent surveyors on behalf of their leashold clients.and not by the same managing agents masquerading under a different name? The serving of the section 21 notice on us, along with the managing agents sending themselves to conduct the survey under a different name.appears to be some sort of scam to extract money from their leasehold tenants.which most tenants are unaware of unfortunately for them. It is this total unawareness of tenants, of what is really going on by the managing agents Trust Properties.that they are capitalizing on and feeding off. The repairs and maintenance work never gets done..but the agents use the section 21 notice, along with their own surveyor ( acting under a different name ) as a clever way of getting extra money for nothing from the innocent tenants.
They are also then able to charge whatever they like for the survey cost.in this case they are claiming ( 2,496.88 ) a huge amount..which is also double the cost of any other surveyors fees. I have read many various articles on the internet from other flat owners that Trust Properties have done this too before.and it appears that they are trying the same trick on hundreds of innocent leashold tenants. They are also incredibly greedy with their charges, never take care of the properties they are supposed to be managing, never clean, never maintain or carry out any repairs to the properties, and basically take money from people each month for doing nothing! They threaten their tenants into paying them money for doing absoulutely nothing in return with balifs, court action, and debt collections agencies.
They do nothing, other than bring total misery to other peoples lives and suck the blood and life out of anyone they can. Benjamin Mire the godfather of misery, behind all of this should be brough to account by the authorities, how he and his cronies have been allowed to get away with this for so long is very concerning in deed. This sort of activity could only be legal in Britain...the land of the scam merchants. Somebody please do something about Trust Properties ans Benjamin Mire, once and for all!

Yes we are having the same sort of trouble with these people, we have been suffering dry rot since 2007 and they have done nothing about it. My windows have been rotting for over ten years.The property is in such a state that we cannot even sell so we are stuck. We took them to LVT and won twice but they are still taking managing charges anddoing absolutely nothing.
I am willing to join a legal action against them, but it will have to be a court order as Benjamin Mire has connections at Leasehold Valuation tribunal SE region - it is all on the Internet!

|We had the same sort of problems with Trust Property Management. I would advize you to go for a procedure called Right to Manage. We have just successfully got our RTM through and are taking over the management of our blocks of flats ourselves from 02/11/2011. It is not very expensive and is a fairly simple process. |Trust/ Benjamin Mire. Is a nightmare. I have been crying for help to save our block from this company. He purposely ruined our block for money. Black mailing, threatening is normal preactice of this company. I was called name by hime. He called us bunch of aminal which he wats to get rid of. He never did any work, Only sent Bills. during his management building insurence went up 10 times. Out block became to centre for taking drug and criminal acts.There are much more which I will report more. I have 100 page pf pictures and reports.|
