They ("TrustFax") will try to overcharge you whenever possible. They will change the billing period as they want without letting you know - so keep an eye on the bills and demand explanations whenever you see any discrepancies. They will ignore you when you need anything from the customer service - so keep calling and demanding the service or help until you get it. They will NOT cancel your account during your first attempt but rather keep your account quietly active - and of course - charge you for it - so keep an eye on your fax account and don't think that customer service will do what you expect from them. My experience is similar to other scam reports #239476 and #695570. And also when you cancel the service, Level 1 customer service will promise you the refund for unused months already charged upfront, but Level 2 customer service will deny the refund just like that - again - without letting you know (you have to call them to get the latest status of your request). So think twice when cancelling the service and timing. I'm so glad that I'm out of TrustFax now (with damage around $20) and hopefully I won't be charged in the future (I better cancel my credit card to be 100% sure...because with those b**tards, you just never know)...

Customer service do not exists. If they have problems- they will never admit and give you a ride around - anything from "account verification" to other excuses. As of today 1/30/2012 trust fax still down with "Login not recognized. Try again." for all their users. 7 days now. Still not sure? call them, and don't press 1 for sales, try any other department - see what happens.
