The company had contacted me via email regarding their 30 days trial promotion on this Acai Vital Boost diet & weight loss products for $7.95. As it was $7.95 I decided to give a try.

At the site there was an article supporting the products and there 3 step provided to receive the 30 days free trial products and it also provides a discount code. The link directs you to the Acai Vital Boost Diet website.

After completing all the required information I then click on "next" which takes me to the next page which the invoice and transaction details and if I agree and the all information is correct than I can click "confirm" The agreed transaction amount was $7.95. Moments later I received an email confirming my Your Acai Order confirmation and also my Online Order Invoice. Below is the Online Order Invoice details.

Despite of the fact that I had agreed on a transaction of $7.95, I then received a invoice of $15.90. However after checking my account online there was a total of $100.17 and $7.72 was put on hold. As it was weekend plus holiday on Monday I couldn't call the bank for verify on the funds that has been put on hold. First thing tuesday I called the Bank and they confirmed the transaction was from trytadalafil Youth Nutrition. I had ask the Bank to hold the transaction until I had I contact the Trytadalafil but the bank said they can.t hold but to contact the company. I did send an email to [email protected] for cancellation of my order and I have not heard from them. I tried to call the phone number provided 1-800-790-3185/1-877-450-4734 but to no avail as the first time I called and it ended to voicemail and put me through to customer service and then another voicemail I am placed on number 20 and it will take them approximately 30 minutes waiting time. I waited more than 30 minutes and the phone just got disconnected and I had tried to call them whole day, it just rang and got disconnected.

This company is a fraud by advertising free products or through promotions.

My name is Margaret Le Thiec and I placed an order with you for Acai berries and Lipo colon on March 11th. i have not received this shipment and I would like you to cancel this shipment immediately. the only reason for this purchase was your "so called Special offer".You also charged me a double membership which is totally ridiculous.
I have been in touch with my credit card provider and they will be in touch with you.
The last 4 digits on my card are 3770.
Please note that as of this day I will not accept any future shipments from Youth Nutrition or any of its affiliates.
