turtleshack.com Complete scam! Wrong type turtle/ sick turtle , Internet

I have never had such a bad experience with a company like I have with turtleshack.com! We ordered a western painted turtle and received a southern painted turtle. Now I am not an expert but 2 seconds on Wikipedia shows they sent the wrong turtle. We might have just given up trying to contact turtleshack.com but not long after having the turtle it passed away while living in a nice tank with another turtle that is thriving.
Then after several phone calls and emails we have still heard nothing!! It has been over a month of trying to contact the people in charge of this company. That is rude and no way to run a company. I will NEVER buy anything from turtleshake again and wish everyone to know.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! They are a poorly run company with absolutely no respect or concern for the clients.

Really upset - Got my order and all three turtles are DEAD!!! They want me pay to send the dead turtles with G# and I will get store credit! Only for the amount of the turtles not for the shipping which I paid the most for ($24.95!!!) I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN and YOU MIGHT WANT TO DO THEM.
