TX REPS JB WASCOM RipOff Contractor doesn't pay up! Rockwall, Texas

JB Wascom, former owner of KDS Property Svcs, claims he was a victim, innocent of scamming scores of contractors out of their hard-earned pay. It is my belief, He and Sheri Chipman brought investors into buying the company knowing it was fixing to fall. I fell for the "innocent victim" story and was stupid enough to accept work from them again when they re-opened for business under the name of TX REPS operating out of Rowlett, TX.
Needless to say, they are still up to their old BS, and that is promising to pay you within 21-30 days and then that becomes 60-70 days, (if you're lucky!). Or, if they goof up getting your work uploaded to the client, then, of course, they will not get paid, so you definitely will NOT get paid!
My intent here is to tell others of my experience with these people so that you may understand there is a potential risk involved.
I had to spend a lot of money to file liens against the properties that I completed work on, and it still took me nine months to get paid. I'm sure no one, not even property owners want to get involved in that kind of headache! It was one of the most gut-wrenching times of my life.
