Tynan VW RIP- OFF, UNWILLING TO REFUND NEW VEHICLE AFTER ONLY OWNING 2 DAYS Aurora, Colorado

To whom it may concern,
I am a Major in The US Army. Recently, I bought a VW Golf TDI at Tynan's VW , Aurora, CO. on the 19Th of Jan 2013. The car cost me 29,000 plus 2000, in taxes. I returned the car two days later to the dealership. I told Mr. Tynan that I financially could not afford the car due to my getting mobilized this October with the US Army. Mr. Tynan told me that I had to sell the car back to the dealership in order to return the car. I lost $ 6,894 plus $2323 in taxes after selling the car back to the dealership. What really upsets me is that when I went back on the 21st of Jan, 2013 it was MLK day and the banks were closed.
My check had not been deposited to the bank yet. There should be a law to not let dealerships finalize a contract for at least 48hrs. I wanted send this email to my alderman, too. But, I do not know who that is. I have sent a complaint to the BBB, Colorado Attorney Generals Office, Senator Bennett's office, and Senator Udall's office about the shady practice of
this dealership.
