Dress not as advertised! Terrible quality!

BUYER BEWARE! Avoid Udreamybridall! I ordered a dress from them in February, it arrived a month later, and the dress looks nothing like the picture. The waistline is not they advertised, the hemline is uneven, and the clasp in the back is missing half of the hook-and-eye (there is only the hook, no eye). I have emailed back and forth with customer service, and the most they will offer is a $15 refund for a dress I paid $105 for. Their claim of "All our products are covered by a 7-day policy for return or exchange." IS A LIE. Since I told them that a $15 refund is unacceptable, they have stopped responding to my emails. Now it is a less than a month until my wedding, and what I thought was my perfect dress turned out to be awful, and I am scrambling to find a local store to purchase a dress from.

I have attached photos of me wearing the dress, as well as what they advertise the dress should look like.

I'm going through the same exact issue with them right now. I'm opening a dispute through PayPal so PayPal can get my refund for me.

I would like to retract my previously negative review. I have talked with customer service and they have helped to resolve the issue by refunding my money. I am satisfied with the resolution, and from the other pictures I have seen online, it appears that my dress was a fluke, because other ones appear to be very beautiful. Since there are other positive reviews, I think I might just have been unlucky =) I would delete my review if I could, but since I can't, I would like to say that I am happy with the outcome.

check this out. The first comment- the negative one is from the user named gkugelman. Then, another one supposingly from the same user saying, that the company took care of the issue and helped them to resolve the problem. The only thing is that that comment is from the user named Gkugelman not gkugelman. Tiny little difference - a capital letter. What does it mean? it means that it is not the same person, just some moron from that company trying to clean their own mess online...
