UFS Marketing
UFS Marketing UFS Marketing Dishonest, unethical and fraudulent - There ought to be a law!!! Internet
22nd of Aug, 2011 by User895593

In October, 2010 I received the following email from UFS Marketing: "UFS Marketing has a Guaranteed 40 Qualified Annuity Appointment and Insurance Lead Program Scheduled with Confirmed Investment Holders." After talking w/ UFS rep Jeremy Santo-Domingo who promised "...20 guaranteed and confirmed face-to-face appointments in my area, scheduled on Tuesdays through Thursdays from 10 AM to 4 PM with prospects having at least $20,000 in investable assets" I sent UFS a check for $670 and authorized my field marketing organization (FMO) to remit the balance of $2,280 for a total of $2,950. After several months of not receiving what was promised (leads in the worst areas of my county with prospects who had less than $1,000 to invest) and talking with UFS rep Santo-Domingo, I finally had to get my field marketing organization (FMO) involved...they received the same run-around from Santo-Domingo, but in June, 2011 (9 months after I initiated the "agreement") Santo-Domingo wrote to my FMO: "We are going to do another mailing for your rep. We will replace all of his life appointments as well. Sorry...I have been swamped." To date, no additional appointments have been set since receiving the June, 2011 email from Santo-Domingo of UFS...he lied directly to me and to my FMO. After 10 months of abysmal results, outright lies, and broken promises from UFS I am done trying to deal directly with these UFS thieves. ADDENDUM: I attempted to get our attorney involved, but the UFS Agreement specifically states in section 8.2 that "...the sole method for the resolution of said dispute shall be by litigation before the Medina County Court of Common Pleas, located in Medina, Ohio." Not many Florida attorneys are licensed to practice law in Ohio. This, coupled with the fact that UFS does not accept credit cards for payment, means that there is little recourse to collect your hard-earned money when - not if - thing go awry with the UFS thieves. This truly brings meaning to the adage "CAVEAT EMPTOR" (Let the buyer beware).
