Deducted $49.95 from my checking account without my knowledge

Today I called my bank to see why there was a deduction from my checking account for $49.94. They did not know, so I did some checking on my own and found the 800 number for this company. It is 1-800-653-6433. I called them and they immediately offered to give me back my money and said they had talked to me on Friday and that I voluntarily gave them my checking account number for computer support services. I would NEVER EVER do such a thing and told them I wanted to listen to that conversation and they said they did not have it recorded. I do not need computer support services because we have our own inhouse computer support staff. Besides, I have a MAC and never would I need such a service. This company took money from my checking account without my authorization. They are scammers and thieves!
