I received the order today and upon examination discovered it was 4 - 12.7oz containers. I contacted the company and after talking to a service rep and her supervisor, the best they could offer me was to lower the cost to $72 and still bill me for the shipping.

Online price today for the 12.7oz containers can be found for $16 and with shipping being free would total $62 (Petco online). Having paid $111.35 I was more than unhappy. This practice of not properly identifying the product, and likewise not keeping with their advertised "Guaranteed Unbeatable" price is misleading and predatory.

Lesson Learned: Research the seller, even if it is just for bird food.
