I purchased Registry Booster 11-03 2010 and have had nothing but problems with it.

I contacted there so-called customer service several times but they don't seem to understand the english language.There software finds 130 false positives so-called missing files which are not missing at all. Everytime I start the software without running a scan or any thing else and it deletes the Microsoft Windows 7 Standard Start Navigation Sound Scheme Registry entry. I sent there so-called customer service technical service dept an exported copy of the registry file and they don't even know what it is! The they told me that I was past the 30 day money back guarantee date.

Other People should be warned about this awful company!

I wish I had read this info before I purchased UNIBLUE to clean my registry, about the only thing I can do with my computer now is send e-mails...and I have problems doing that...BUT, I paid them through PAYPAL...and got my money back. I believe that I am going to have to buy a new computer now, since mine has effectively crashed...thier so-called service center keeps sending me URLs that I can use to get my system right..but my computer will not open these sites...nearly everything I try to do gets me an Error of
STATUS: 513

I am a totally disabled Vet who cannot afford a new computer at this time..but I can darn sure call some friends and get some bad input on the internet about those people at UNIBLUE...and Norton 360...which I have had for years..did not catch and can not resolve my system problems that UNIBLUE put in my system.
