| United Financial Systems Inc Debitted 3 months woth of payments from my checking account but failed to pay my creditors and wont give me my money bac |

| Back in Novemeber of 2008 i needed some financial assistance with my debt problems. I chose a company called United Financial Systems. The plan was that they would debit a certain amount from my account every month and disperse it out to all my creditors. I was assigned a very friendly lady to my account who would ALWAYS return my emails within a day if i had any concerns about my account. Besides a late payment every now and again this company worked out great for me! In October 2010 i started receiving daily harrassing phone calls from each of my creditors stating that my payments have not been made in over 3 months. I looked into it a little further and discovered that UFS had debitted 3 months worth of payments from my account for a total of $1323 but failed to pay my creditors. I immediatly stopped payments to UFS and started making phone calls and emails. The once friendly lady in charge of my account would no longer return my emails and noone would return my calls. I have been fighting with this company to reclaim my $1323 since October 2010. A cpl months later i finally received an email from UFS stating that my payments were going to be dispersed out to my creditors, which never happened. In february 2011 i received a call from a very, very rude lady named Vanessa Foster who informed me i was going to be getting a refund instead of having my payments sent to my creditors. She was extrememly rude and treated me as if i was the one who stole the money. She told me that i would get my money in 2 to 4 weeks. I havent seen a dime of my money and have made several phone calls to her only to have her return my calls with an attitude and say that the payment is still pending and then just hangup on me. Anyone who wishes to contact her may do so at 561-883-2398 ext 343. So far I have filled out a report with the BBB only to have them close my case because UFS did not repond to my complaint. I know this has happened to many other ppl just like me. I best thing to do is to get onto the Florida Attourney General, Pam Bondis website and fill out a report with them. I did so and within 2 days received an email back stating that the Florida AG has warranted a formal investigation towards United Financial Systems, and will be using my information to conduct the investigation. The more people who fill out a report against UFS, the better chance we have of supplying the information the Florida AG needs to bring this company to justice. Do not let this company get away with this terrible business practice! Let it be known. |
