I googled "US Passports" and this site came up. I thought I was on a legitimate site and put in ALL of my pertinent information. TOTAL SCAM. Yes, they "filled out" my paperwork after I put it all in on the computer, but they charged me $199 to do something that is free on the actual government site. Now they have all of my personal information, and it is very scary. I am having to watch our bank account at all times. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, in which many complaints against them have already been filed.

Also, there is a phone number listed, however, it is an automated message center. You will NEVER receive a phone call back.
