UNITED VALET PARKING
UNITED VALET PARKING INC United Valet Parking, Inc. OVERCHARGED LOS ANGELES, California
15th of Jun, 2011 by User698056
On Thursday June 9, 2011, my son entered into the parking lot owned by United Valet Parking in downtown Los Angeles. The sign read: $7.50 for 2 hour. He took me for an interview at the offices of APPLE ONE, 888 S. Figueroa St., Suite 170 Los Angeles, CA 90017 The parking lot is on the same direction as the 888 S FIGUEROA ST, LOS ANGELES the scheduled time of arrival at our ticket were 14:06 p.m., but we left 15 minutes before the 2 hours parking
expires. When I approached the exit were the 3 booth waiting by the attendant, who attended was at lunch time, meeting with co-workers in a corner, understandably have to take time to eat, but there must be someone else to cover the shift. One of the attending finish eating, came and said to pass one of the booth, when my son gave him
the ticket there were still 10 minutes to complete 2 hours of parking and told to my son they were $ 7.15, and this young man went to put the bag where he had his food and made us wait, then came the other co-workers and began to talk no matter that we were there waiting to be served. While entertained talking, the minutes passed and we were still waiting for us to attend and then stop talking when we attended there were still 6 minutes to complete two hours, the attendant increasing the charge and said they were $17.75, it seemed unfair to charge for it was not our fault that he left to pass the time by talking to coworkers and doing other things that have nothing to do
with their work. I told the attendants that we did not want to pay the extra, there were still 6 minutes to complete the two hours, but he ignored us. We pay an amount more than double that hit him was the desire to collect as well. That is theft and is a trick used by distracting their talks to make customers pay
them more, maybe some customers fall into the trap of paying cash, but he who serves the parking not report what they charge extra, this was very wrong and it was illegal.. As we had only $ 8.00 cash, my husband paid with his ATM card, but the attendants refused to accept it and he demanded cash, had to accept after allegations that we had no cash and it was not our fault that he had put to waste time with your colleagues as we had arrived there 15 minutes before maturity. I have the receipt for payment of $ 17.75 and there is marked the time 16:00:12 PM, which proves that there is not even completed 2 hours of time in the parking lot. I want to send a copy of the receipt as proof to please investigate here are stealing. As I saw another complaint of United Valet Parking in downtown Los Angeles. made to you, I join
all those complaints for this company. I report directly to United Valet Parking, requesting reimbursement of the extra charge that his employee made us and also to hire honest people who give good treatment to customers.
