unitedsale.com NO RESPONSE ON ORDER CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND! New York, Internet

I ordered a Ac adapter tip for my laptop from unitedsale.com. I received a confirmation in my email stating that they have received my order and it will be shipped soon. After I purchased the order I read the reviews about the company and decided that I no longer wanted the item from them because I can not afford to wait for something that will not come on time or the item will be the wrong item. Based on all of the reviews, this happens very often with this company. I called the contact phone number that was on the website at www.unitedsale.com and it rang and no one answered the phone so I left a message. I then sent a email to the email address '[email protected]' stating that I wanted my order canceled. I never received a response. I sent the email 30 minutes after I made my purchase and I also stated that I did not want for them to ship the item. I waited and waited.. I decided to look at my bank account and noticed that they went a head a charged my card for the item. So then, I emailed them again asking them to please respond to my email about canceling my order and to not ship. Still no response. So that have contact form on their website. I filled that out and asked them again to cancel the order. I called the number left ANOTHER message asking them to cancel the order. Never received a response. As of this morning I have made my 6th attempt in contacting this company in canceling my order. I still do not see any refund nor have I gotten any kind of response. I am very frustrated and I need this investigated as soon as possible!This company is a SCAMM!!!!! Today I am reporting this company to every agency possible. I have already Filed with the FTC and the BBB!
