Peter and Diane Masullo visited my home and provided me with an estimate for hard wood flooring repair and refinishing. I found them on the web and their website had multiple references in the Orlando area. They required a deposit to order the material, which I gave them.. Peter told me the work would start on the following Monday, June 6th!. No one showed and then when I called the office Diane told me that the wood had not been ordered yet:. After multiple calls and message to both the office phone and Diane's cell phone, they would never answer the phone, I was told it take three weeks to get the wood!. I called and let a message stating three weeks was too long and that I wanted my money/. I never received a response, since then Diane's phone has been disconnected'. I also googled Peter Masullo and found that he was arrested in Seminole County/. This company appears to be scamming people, I have since learned that have changed their name at least once and they have multiple complaints logged about them.

This customer was issued a FULL REFUND.

This customer violated his contract by cancelling at the last minute and slandering our company all over the internet. He has been issued a full refund even though we are NOT AT FAULT and normally DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS as stated in our contract.

It was his choice to cancel. Work was never performed because he cancelled. There was never a start date and it was noted in his contract. He has agreed to remove all online false statements as long as he gets his refund (and he has). As you can see, the false comments are still here and he has not kept his word. We have a very long list of happy customers on our website.
