UPS Shiela Bunag Lied about delivering package, and won't reply to repeated requests for help, Internet

It all started with an US $200 approx eBay purchase from the USA to Australia. The seller was who in hindsight clearly doesn't look after his customers. To start with the delivery was weeks late...when he claimed it was sent alarm bells went off because I didn't get it. So I immediately started a dispute with PayPal just in case this seller turned out to be dodgy. This forced the seller to go and contact UPS to see if they could prove delivery. So I left bad feeback on eBay. The next day I had another of his customers contact me telling me that he also wasn't getting his product. I guess he isn't your BigFishBuddy after all and is a continual lousy seller. I for one will never go back to again. I only spoke to Shiela Bunag from UPS once because she called to ask if I got the parcel (she had to call because the seller was forced to request proof of delivery). I told her that no, it wasn't delivered and she said that the driver (who miraculously remembers delivering my exact parcel to my house over 20 days prior! what a memory that guy must have) remembers leaving the parcel out the front of my house behind a pot plant. Well I guess that this response my be his typical reply that he uses in these cases because everyone has plants out the front of their house and it's probably good cover? Well bull Shiela Bunag because there are no plants out the front of my house, it's all brick and concrete. Of course I told her this but it didn't make any difference, she just will no longer return my calls or emails. I ask her in my most recent email to report this to her manager and get them to call me but of course they didn't. Shiela Bunag is a lousy representative for her company as she doesn't return calls. I have called her several times on 131 - 87, I have emailed her over 5 times at and she never responds. Last week I even gave her the benefit of letting her know that I would be posting the truth about this transaction over the internet if she didn't respond and she still chose to not reply. So here it is Shiela Bunag and it won't end here either. I will continue to blog about your cruddy service every opportunity I get until you or someone higher up the chain bothers to respond or find the package you failed to deliver. I suggest you fix the problem.
